COMST 404: Research Seminar Student Presentations!

CATEGORIES: News, Student Spotlights

Each semester the COMST 404: Research Seminar students complete research projects that examine an organization of their choice. They choose from small businesses, nonprofits, corporations and others to evaluate the ways that the organization can improve aspects of their communication.

The students utilize communication theories and concepts they have learned throughout their time as communication studies students to apply to the evaluation and they utilize communication research methods (i.e surveys, interview, content analysis and observation) to compile analysis of the organization.

After all of their work, the students present their research at the end of the semester to the COMST faculty, staff and anyone else interested! This year students were able to do their presentations in person and the whole COMST Program had a great time hearing about all of the great research these students did throughout the semester.

The COMST Program loves to see all of the great work the students produce each semester and we are excited to see what is next from these tremendous students!
