As a college student, there are many uncomfortable conversations you have to face!

  • Talking to a fellow group member who is causing issues on your group project
  • Addressing a conflict with a roommate, coworker or significant other (like, how do you really tell them that you are never ever getting back together — ever?!)
  • Sharing some bad news with a parent or friend
  • Telling that classmate that no, they cannot copy your assignment (I mean, come on, you lazy lizard!)

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg of the uncomfortable conversations in your life as a college student. The iceberg sank the Titanic — don’t let it sink you!

Come learn some Communication Keys for coping with uncomfortable conversations like these.

We have lined up one of our communication professors who’s been sharing a special lecture on this exact topic at various conferences, Dr. Todd Jenks. Now, he’s going to share it here in Cyclone Country. We all know about Cyclone power, come and learn about communication power!
