Alumni Update: Maeve McGuire

The Communication Studies Program is always happy to feature updates from some of our great Alumni. Maeve McGuire (she/her) graduated from Iowa State in Spring of 2021 and has chosen to pursue a PhD in Communication Studies at the University of Illinois. Here is what Maeve had to say about her experience at ISU:

The COMST program at ISU really shaped how I think about the world! The classes, professors, and my peers broadened my worldview and showed me how important communication is for human connection. My time at ISU was so impactful that I have decided to pursue a PhD in communication studies at the University of Illinois.
